this is an interesting and well presented debate, not on the morality but on the state involvement. Well worth seeing no matter whether you think marriage is between one man and one woman or you believe that marriage should mean what ever you want it to mean.

When marriage became a legal contract and gave legal rights to each partner and required a court to end the agreement we let the government in. Once in it is next to impossible to remove them. Our government takes more and more power.
