This Really Gives Me The Blues: Legend B.B. King in Hospice
I've admired, listened to his music, and watched his performances over and over.
I never imagined it would all end some day.....since he's been a around all my life.
"The Thrill is Gone" will now have more than one meaning.
I've ALWAYS said that "the best time to listen to the Blues is when you ain't got 'em".
I will be making an exception in this case.

Blues legend B.B. King was in hospice care Friday at his home in Las Vegas, according to a longtime business associate with legal control over his affairs.

B.B. King, one of the nicest men you'll ever meet. I met him once, when I lived in Las Vegas. He was in the DMV, as I was, and never asked any favors to get head-of-the-line privileges (which he could have). He would converse and joke with anyone, a real down to earth man. Sorry, to hear his failing health.
B. B. King one of the truly great musicians of our time. Watch on you tube him with Stevie Ray Vaughn. I know I will miss him and make a prayer for him today.

The 'thrill' will never gone as long as I am able hear B.B.'s music. A major musical talent and influence for others. He and Stevie Ray played together on a number of occasions, to my knowledge, and always were a delight. 8-)
