Thank you. Maybe we all have two lives, at least those of us to live over fifty. A different agenda is formed in our later years and all the tasks so important to our early years are long gone. Like Workinman said, our perspective changes.

I have learned that every person has different abilitys and capabilitys. Learning to work with others and in their realm of ability has made things work for me. I have trained several people and found most are teachable if you are willing to work with their abilitys and add to them. I was raised up in my trade being screamed at and told I was never going to amount to nothing. All they wanted was production. I have been on jobs where guys constantly came and went. I vowed I would never be that way. The guys with me have been with me for years and we put out an excellent product expediently. No yelling no berating. Lots of laughter and shared hard work.

Great idea, I will do just that, and she will be happy. We are both simple people and share simple joys.
