JFlorio-there will be a special session in congress tomorrow. Baltimore needs more programs and benefits to keep them from exercising their 1st Amendment right to l**t. Just like Ferguson, r****rs are being imported from the surrounding area. So the governor is sending in the NG. Regrettably that should have happened two days ago before the r**ting. Another democrat fiasco. Yet, they want to run the entire country. Go figure !!!! Good Luck America !!!

Baltimore has a long history, it's so bad that I wouldn't even go through Baltimore going from Florida to Maine. Stopped one year just to get gas close to I-95 at a well lite Mobile station. While getting gas we found ourselves confronted 5 b****s, cop pulled in and they disappeared.

I will give you many politicians of both stripes are scum bags (my word), but I believe their is a pattern. Democrat run cities over a long period of time are much more likely to have urban blight, high crime, instances of violence with and without the police, and are usually much more likely to be fiscally unsalvageable. You are the most obvious fence sitter on OPP. I think you are a closet liberal not a moderate. Come out of the closet you may feel better.

Really? Then consider this; my capitol city has been run by both dems and repubs, changing every 4 years or so and not a damn thing has changed between "administrations".

I know folks like you are desperate to find causality in the horrible conditions found around the country - and there is - but it has nothing whatsoever to do with any party, or part of a party. The fact is, neither "side" is any good at doing it's job - and that's the only pattern that has ever existed. Constantly trying to find such "evidence" is pathetic and is indicative of a very real deep seated dissatisfaction with one's OWN ideology, that one refuses to acknowledge.

BTW, I have no closet, so there's nothing to come out of. I call it like I see it. I wish both democrats and republicans would FIND a closet - and get in it and stay in it. :mrgreen:

If there is a fix to this mess, it will not come easy and not soon. I do think there is no matter what a denial that these people that will r**t like this, have something other than a race issue wrong with them. Sure they do have the race h**e part of themselves, but lets face it, what are they doing? How insane is their actions? No matter what this type of behavior is not normal. Imagine for a moment seriously, if the race part of this was in fact so much a white induced problem and caused that much concern that w****s should r**t to be a response, what would all the cities look like? Should the white race take it to the black communities? The ratio of white against black would fairly much take them out rather quickly. So then what? It could happen that way. But does it need to happen that way?

I seriously think to do anything other than to consider this r**t stuff as insane as it is, stop making it look like they have a "cause" to do this...if not, it will continue over anything that can be viewed racial. And if it just keeps up, sooner or later everyone will jump in.
