CB Group Demands Equal Rights

The CB's (Crazy Bastards) group, composed of nothing but crazy bastards, is demanding an end to discrimination. All the Manic-depressives, Psychotics, Schizophrenics and Bi-Polars are demanding an end to being incarcerated in mental institutions, claiming that it's unfair discrimination.
They base this claim on the fact that men are having operations to make them appear to be women, men are having sex with other men, women are having sex with other women and people are cross-dressing, they even marry each other and none of them are being put in mental institutions for acting crazy like that, so why should anyone else be? It's unfair and discriminatory, they complain.
The Crazy Bastards feel that if some insanity is tolerated by society, all insanity should be. They also point to the Spring Break madness engaged in by young college students who engage in wild, drunken sprees that turn into orgies where many of them get raped or nearly die of alcohol poisoning but no one puts them in mental institutions for doing it. The same for people who jump out of airplanes, skydive, and sometimes go splat. Or mountain climbers who sometimes go splat. The point is that supposedly normal people are always doing really crazy things, let alone all the a******l people, like homosexuals, and no one bothers them.
State governments are beginning to take a serious look at the rights of CB's, as closing all the mental institutions would take a huge strain off state budgets during this down economy.
Now that marijuana is legal, half the population is doing meth, f*ggotry is politically correct, there's q***rs in our military and the First Lady is a guy, what difference would letting all the Crazy Bastards loose really make?

Yo, B****sheep, there haven't been any "mental institutions" since the 60's. The CB's have been loose among us for many years. One of them got elected President. Get with the times, man.
