The muslims are the ones that really need patted down as most of them are the terrorists. Some may not be.
They don't need to pat down elderly ladies or little kids.

If "jerky janet" does make it illegal to pat down muslims wearing hijabs, then I recommend that everyone wear a hijab when travelling by commercial airlines.
