I finally figured out what this "investigation of police" is about. Pres. "O" will have the police departments all over the country so busy trying to learn "Political Correct" nuances and colloquialisms, that when he instructs his private army to go to work arresting his "domestic enemies" (Anyone Republican or Independent), the Police will not be able to recover in time to stop that private army Pres. "O" said he was going to raise.

I went looking for it because one of the "penalty's" for failure to adhere to the rule, was, "You cannot run for elective office." That would automatically eliminate Hilary for President. But the document has eliminated that language in the new forms that were adopted the same time it was shown on Television evening news.

Not being a Natural Born Citizen makes it so you can not run for President but the Dems ran Obama. These elite politicians will do anything to get their guy or gal elected.
