She Wolf,

Thank you. And in some cases the term is over used.

Weapons.... nasty things. But, should you k**l a person with a meat cleaver or a bomb.... which will make you more dead? And if you hide behind children, does that make it right for you to launch your old or outdated bombs at another? To me, dead is dead regardless of the method used. And, if you attack... where is it written that you can not defend yourself? It is within human nature to struggle to live.

I think that one can not h**e Israel without hating the people of Israel because what is a nation if there are no people? And h**e is ugly... it knows no borders.

I agree with your last remark. "You do not have the right to k**l in the name of that faith" Please tell that to the individual who shot into a Synagogue two days ago in Tn. Or to the ones shooting at Rabbis in Copenhagen. Or the ones with meat cleaver who hacked up the Rabbis while they were in prayers....... and there are others.. So, agreed NO ONE SHOULD BE K**LED FOR RELIGION. But, Hamas is not a religion.... is it?

I do not believe the majority of people h**e the Jewish people. I don't. I really don't give them much thought one way or another. I believe the term anti-Semitic is used in cases where it simply does not apply. Personally, I am tired of the victim status some of the members of the Israeli government uses to justify their own horrific behavior. When your military has 21st century weapons and your so called attackers are throwing rocks or have out dated missiles that really can't do that much damage, you are committing genocide by murdering them. You can call self defense but that does not make it so.

I donate quite a bit of money to J-Street. These young people are not hung up on the same tired old issues. They want to see change for everyone. Just stop practicing apartheid against the Palestinians while at the same time crying victim and I have no problem with your government.

To have differences with the policies of a government and to h**e the people are two separate things. I don't h**e the Jewish people. As I have stated I really don't give much thought to other religions, except to believe you have the right to practice your faith in any way you see fit. You do not have the right to k**l in the name of that faith.

Thank you. Great observation.

Perhaps the notion that there is some sort of nebulous, conspiratorial connection between the banksters and the average Jew is because Jews are so few in number.

Thank you Pennylynn for your original post. Normally I do not read posts that are this long. Yours was and usually is an exception to that rule. I appreciate the information you supplied, and I support the Jewish people.

For more t***h about Israel, Check out TICCUN Rabbi Michael Lerner of San Francisco. The liberal branch of Judism. That Story we just read is direct from the ADL, and you would probably be interested in their agenda? Shalom!

Thank you Grace for your kind comments and your support!!

I used to post longer comments, but learned that those that take more than 2 minutes to read is ...... well ignored. So, I shortened them.

Of late there has been eight people who consistently post angry things about Jews. And because I was given this article sometime back and it explains so much about the situation, I thought that it could be of interest and a small rebuttal to all the other disparaging works of others.

Actually no, I did not get the article from your referenced link. I gave credit to the author, please see second paragraph. And after searching, I found the original article, http://townhall.com/columnists/michaelmedved/2006/08/09/why_the_world_h**es_the_jews/page/full

But thank you for your opinion.

I have always supported Israel. I currently donate to a Jewish Relief fund as they have to take care of many that need food, shelter and most of all medical care, in Israel.

My own Military service has made me very aware of the fractions of what take place in Israel. Unlike some Americans I have never felt anyone that is Jewish should be picked on for not being "Christian" as to the facts that no matter what, God has promised them to be of a chosen people. Now who can argue against that?

Israel has been our number one ally no matter what. We owe them a thank you for their support and I see no need for anyone to put down Israel for any reason at all. We get top notch goods from the farms there much wonderful fruit and old world hand made goods. Israel is a part of a good history to mankind. And as much as I would fight and give my own life for Christians to be allowed to practice their religion, I would do the very same for the Jewish faith in this Nation.

Thank you for your kind comments and for your support. I am sure your donations make life better for many in need. And more, thank you for your service. Most military men/women are much more aware of the problems associated with the Middle East and just what the impact on America would be if the good will of both nations were hampered or severed. Most of the average posters here are not aware that the foreign aid provided to Israel comes right back to America in the form of jobs.

Israel and we the Jewish people have problems, so we are not saints. We have emotions and at times we are too loud when we cry fowl! I am grateful to you and others who understand and are willing to put those outbursts aside.

Again..... my sincere thanks for your willingness to fight along side us as we are willing to fight along side you!!

AO and I have very good exchanges. The way it works, if you are respectful to him.... he returns in kind. If one calls him a name, well buckle in because he will let you know that your feces stinks as much as anyone's.

But....now you see the gentle side!!!!

If you knew really what I do, you may not think I am such a cruel person, however for what I can hope you may think....I firmly believe the USA is in deep trouble and that those that will support the overall taking down of the USA and it's freedoms have then become MY enemy. That is it. Simple. If you lived next door to me, and had a look at thing I could show you and have you meet people that have done as I have, traveled the world and US and see for your own self what many say one thing about when the t***h is NOT what the news says, you again may know why I have a take no prisoners policy.

I do thank you for your words. Seriously.

A full-blown opinion, not just an ad hominem attack: bravo, America Only. As much as I may disagree with you on this post, it is good to see you have something other than tourette's syndrome in your political dialog. Keep up the good work.

Great and insightful look at the Jewish Question. You always provide substantive background. One problem: human nature. Humans do not like and rarely tolerate those who do not conform to their accepted culture and norms. No matter no insult was intended. Cultures are infantile in that regard. We are different says we are better. That is just the reality of puerile conformity. Keep yourself deliberately separate, dress and act differently than those who are supposed to be your brethren, comrades, and citizens, and problems will arise. It is not directly antisemitism but corrective culturism. That is the history of endless pogroms but not the directed h**e of the N**is.

My oldest Son is still in the service active in a unit (US NAVY) that is a Mobile unit assigned to remove WMD's from Iraq. Now it has been a wild ride for me to see people make the BS statement that there were no WMD's concerning the war in Iraq. The average person is not smart enough to know a few facts about any weapons:

Everything manufactured has a model, serial number, lot number on it. Those numbers can and do indicate who made that particular weapon and when it was made. Iraq has records of things coming into that Country called a manifest. Within using all these things it is not so hard to see those weapons have been in Iraq way before we had our war with them.

The news has merely touched on the topic of the WMD being found lately but they are there. Many on the left cling to the story NO WMD's making it appear we went to war for no good reason at all with Iraq.

Do I totally agree with having gone to war with Iraq? Maybe not but don't be dishonest about any of it. Say it all the right way and be honest about it.

My Military connections with many that are still active lends me to at times information that will not ever make the news......my own business ownership and at times being an active supporter and having worked on someone's running for office as a Funds handler has also given me some insight on how things go for an elected official.

I am well aware that both sides have some piles of pooh pooh within them, maybe more than what some would admit to on both side.

So to know me is to know, I just have been around this world enough and love the USA with my very life.
