I believe he could be removed using the 25th amendment. Weather he meant to or not his orchestration of the vacuum created in Iraq gave Iran cause to rush into a neighboring Arab country. A large swath of the Mid East is embroiled in warfare due to his mishandling. I will never think anything other than this being done with purpose. The result when all is said and done, Iran gains the nukes thru delays and has new found territories to oversee. WA-la, A seat at the table of civilized nations.

The 25th Amendment addresses the succession to the president if he is incapacitated/ill. Also how to fill a Vice P**********l vacancy. I recall nothing about removing a President from office.
