Does this crap work for those of us who are on Medicare? I have to wonder since it is pretty obvious that the $50 - $70 billion dollars that was taken from us this year had to go somewhere and I bet it was to those at the top of the heap.

All you need to understand in evaluating Obamacare is this:
A reasonable person desiring to have more people have more and better shoes would find a way to create more shoemakers.
Obama, in a stated objective of more people having more and better health care, found a way to create more IRS and other government employees.
The net result will simply be more wasted health care resources consumed by government bureaucrats, and more government employee's money pouring into the Democratic Party coffers - disguised as union dues.

I'm assuming you are responding to me, so I'll try to help you a little, assuming that despite your attempt at being nasty was a sincere cry for information.
Let's start with the first fact - the ACA increases the number of IRS agents. I'm hoping that is not news to you. I assume that you realize that IRS agents do not provide any health care services.
There is nothing in the ACA that creates more doctors, nurses, medical facilities, more and improved drugs and more medical devices. As a matter of fact, a tax on medical devices would reduce the generation of such devices.
Perhaps you had a problem with the statment about union dues going to the Democratic Party. The IRS is part of the Dept of Treaury. The Tresury employee union donates 98% of its political fund to the Democratic Party or candidates.
