My hope is that this country can come together in 2016, and elect a leader, we can't afford another boss.

Have you seen any indication that a leader will run on either party?

Leadership 101. It used to be seen on so many levels and to anyone paying attention. I see very little of it in today"s America.

I am watching Marco Rubio. He is standing up to his party and demanding change. Still on the fence, but watching him

This is good thinking and I'm impressed you are unimpressed with the current clowns falling over themselves to run for president. No matter who wins, we all lose.

That's good! Years ago whenever I was in charge of something I never once said, "You do this and that." I always said, "We have to do this or that." Furthermore, I would never ask someone to do something that I wouldn't do myself. Take care of your help and they will take care of you.
Always worked--not just for me--but for all of us. ;-) ;-) :P

That's what leadership looks like. Really sounds like you may have spent time in the military or just good ole common sense. Well said!
