I wonder though: the recordings by the CVR tell a very different story. Surely, had the plane been hit by missile, the pilots would have either said something or nothing at all. For a period of eight minutes, from 38,000 feet until impact, the aircraft was intact. The sound of knocking on the cockpit door, then banging, and screams, plus no radio communication with the pilot in the cockpit indicates that the pilot was a psycho Kamikaze.

Usually, an aircraft hit by a missile breaks up on a long, high speed descent and wreckage is scattered over a wide area, and even whole or mostly whole human bodies are found. (Pan Am 103, Lockerbee, Scotland comes to mind)

OTH, the Germanwings airbus hit the mountain at a steep angle and at very high speed. Investigators on the scene found a crater and very little scattered wreckage. The aircraft was, in the words of one of the men on the scene, "vaporized." Other than a few pieces here and there, what was left of the entire aircraft was in the crater. And, there were no human bodies anywhere, hardly anything recognizable.

The reason I totally doubt that this had anything to do with terrorism is that I'm not aware of even one time when a terrorist committed an act like this and didn't bother to tell anyone. You'd think there would have been at least an "Allahu Akbar!" on the black box voice recording.
