Obama’s Birther Issue Heating Up and Congress Getting Interested

Finally the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States is gathering some long needed interest. The issue was raised during the 2008 p**********l campaign by Bill Clinton until Obama’s supporters threatened the life of Chelsea Clinton, forcing Bill and Hillary to suddenly stop pushing the issue.

A number of people since then continued to pursue and challenge Obama’s eligibility based upon the lack of credible documentation proving that he was born in America. There have been a number of lawsuits that Obama’s lawyers have successfully won, some by placing undue pressure on those involved. Other lawsuits went before Democratic appointed judges that ruled on party lines rather than the law.

Now there is a lawsuit in front of the Alabama Supreme Court to question to authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service Registration Card and his questionable Social Security number. Newly elected Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore is presiding over the current birther case and Moore is not a friend of Obama and has spoken against his eligibility in the past.

A large part of the case before the Alabama Supreme Court comes from the investigations conducted by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department’s Cold Case Posse, headed up by Mike Zullo. Zullo and Sheriff Joe Arpaio have made public much of the evidence they have discovered that proves that the White House issued birth certificate is a forgery, which is a felony crime and the public purporting of that document is also a felony crime of fraud.

In his investigations, Zullo found that the officials in Hawaii have been intentionally hiding the supposed original birth certificate so much so that anyone else born around the same time cannot even access their own birth records because they have been sealed up with Obama’s. In fact, Zullo points out that Obama refuses to release any of the following in addition to his real birth certificate:

“The marriage license of his father (Barack Sr.) and mother (Stanley Ann Dunham), name change records (Barry Soetero to Barack Hussein Obama), adoption records, records of his and his mother’s repatriation as U.S. citizens from Indonesia, baptism records, Noelani Elementary School (Hawaii) records, Punahou School financial aid or school records, Occidental College financial aid records, Harvard Law School records, Columbia senior thesis, Columbia College records, record with Illinois State Bar Association, files from his terms as an Illinois state senator, his law client list, medical records and passport records.”

The underlying question is what is Obama hiding by refusing to allow any of this information to be made public? The only conclusion one can make is that they prove that he was born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia and was an Indonesian citizen and a Muslim.

Zullo recently gave a presentation at the annual convention of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association that was held in St. Charles, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis. A number of those attended were shocked by the evidence Zullo and his team had gathered. After his presentation, he met with a number of elected officials and police officers behind closed doors.

Recently, Zullo told WND that he has been receiving a number of inquiries from members of Congress concerning his findings. A few of them have met with Zullo in person to discuss his evidence of forgery and fraud. Per their requests, Zullo has been sending the politicians copies of much of his evidence which amounts to hundreds of pages of documentation.

It’s taken a long time for anyone from Congress to express any interest in what Zullo and the Cold Case Posse have discovered, but finally some are starting to take notice. We can only pray that Chief Justice Roy Moore and the Alabama Supreme Court rules that Obama has not provided sufficient documentation to prove his eligibility to be President. Then I hope to see similar challenges made in numerous other states based upon the Alabama ruling and that more states will agree with Alabama and rule Obama ineligible and strip him of their e*******l v**es. I also hope and pray that those members of Congress that have met and talked with Mike Zullo and receive his documentation begin to take legal action to impeach or remove Obama from the office of President. Wouldn’t it be wild if Obama was declared ineligible in enough states that Mitt Romney would now be declared the legal winner of the e******n? Things would really go crazy.

I still think going back on the birther issue is not a winnable strategy. Not to burst anyone's bubble but it's not widely popular among Americans outside the conservative periphery.

The average American is going to close their ears and shout -lalaalala, not listening!

Not blaming anyone, it's just that the progressive normality creep in this country has made people fickle over the extremes and comfortably numb to the "facts" in this era of disinformation.

All I'm asking is folks who are trying to ram home this birther deal is treading on thin ice. You need a different strategy. I personally think Obama is illegit but what does that matter? We already got people here trying demogogue this forum to zero credibility...

Over 1 hundred suits have been filed. The Obama lawyers have not won them, except in the sense that no decisions have been rendered on the question of whether Obama is a natural boen citiaen eligible for the presidency.

Every one of the cases has been dismissed without a full hearing of the evidence and without a ruling as to whether Obama is or is not a natural born citizen eligible to occupy the White House The suits have been dismissed on grounds from "the plainfiff has no standing to challenge", "the demo party has certified the candidate", etc,

NO COURT OR JUDGE HAS RULED THAT OBAMA IS OR IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO OCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE.


Judges, mostly poliyical appointees, are too gutless to actually rule on the question. Like the other politicians, they are go along to get along politicians and are more concerned with their political careers than with the rule of law.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has said that the court is evading the issue.

Judges are well aware that Obama is not eligible but don't want to rock the boat by ruling that he is ineligible, and are afraid of the consequences if they rule that he is ineligible.

Regardless of where Obama was born he is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. His father was a foreigner. The following video explains "natural born citizen" in plain and simple terms.

Quid Pro Quo, Ghost: Sorry, but it's not: "folks who are trying to ram home this birther deal", it is the Alabama Supreme Court that is legally required to make a decision on the case that is before it. The difference it makes is that if Alabama Supreme Court finds Obama is not constitutionally qualified to hold the position, then either in the House through Impeachment, or in the states through the full faith and credit clause of the constitution, and enrolling any such Alabama Supreme Court decision in sufficient states, the outcome might just be for those states to vitiate ab initio the v**es Obama received in the last e******n, sufficient for Romney to claim the office. Then probably the Congress would have to be involved. More probably, if the Alabama Supreme Court so ruled, Obama would be forced to appeal the matter and it would end up in the United States Supreme Court. Just sayin my opinion.

Quid Pro Quo, RETW: The last time I Googled the issue about 4 or 5 days ago, the Alabama Supreme Court now had 3 birth certificates to consider. The first was submitted by "The White House", and was a complete fraud. Then two more were submitted, at about the same time. One by "The Democrat Party", and the other an Amicus Curiae (friend of the court) party that filed an affidavit along with a certified copy of Obama's Kenyan birth certificate with the baby foot print on the bottom, from the Coastal Memorial Hospital in Mamboba (s.p.) Kenya, that he personally physically obtained at the hospital. I don't know what the court's schedule is, or even if there is a court schedule. But it would seem it will still be a while as the court now has to take testimony on two more birth certificates. You can Google: alabama suprme court birth certificate and you will get a dozen links or so to the issues. Many of the links probably have the same information, so maybe it wouldn't take to long to find out the current status.
