Having lost the Zimmerman state court case to a unanimous not guilty verdict; Obama, Holder, and the DOJ are considering suing Zimmerman in Federal Court alleging civil rights violations. You see, if they don't sue Zimmerman and tie him up again in Federal Court at additional great expense; he just might sue them for fostering the litigation in the first place. It's Obama, Holder, and the DOJ with unlimited funds, against Zimmerman trying to survive the governments political attack for a second time, having been found not guilty by a jury in a court of law. Hat Tip, Politico, thus:

The Department of Justice said Sunday it would review the Travyon Martin-George Zimmerman case to determine if it should consider prosecuting Zimmerman, who was acquitted Friday in a Florida court, in the shooting case. "Experienced federal prosecutors will determine whether the evidence reveals a prosecutable violation of any of the limited federal criminal civil rights statutes within our jurisdiction, and whether federal prosecution is appropriate in accordance with the Department's policy governing successive federal prosecution following a state trial," the DOJ said.

Quid Pro Quo, newt856: The constitution has a double jeopardy clause so that you can't be tried twice for the same crime. But appeals of the just finished state court case could occur. Also, the DOJ could bring another case in Federal Court alleging civil rights violations, which would be the same facts but a different legal issue or issues. So its possible, but my opinion is that it shouldn't happen.

George Zimmerman has a good case against the c*******ts forcing the false charges in the first place. Add to the false arrest and the dollars will pile up. If anybody's CIVIL rights have been violated it is Zimmerman's!

This Administration and it's trial balloons. They first are checking the outrage meter to see if it is even feasible. Since this Administration has decided to only go after white on black discrimination, it makes sense. That is, unless you are fed up with perceived Justice in this Administration.
If Holder, with Obama's blessing, goes after George Zimmerman, the People who believe as I, that he is not guilty need to counter sue.

My feelings exactly. It is going to be difficult to reach this administration. They have the main stream media on their side. The have massively increased the # of people who are dependent on the government, and are pursuing this tactic on numerous fronts.

So getting their attention, I am not optimistic. I see only one way to turn our country around. It is found in 2 Chronicles 7:14. May Almighty God hear our prayers and heal our land.

Most definitely! Even if Romney had won last year we would still be in this epidemic of Liberalism. It is a Disease that was allowed to go unchecked until it became a Monster unto it's self.

The only intervention I see this side of Civil War, is from God. That will be up to the People. We have turned our back on him and it will take a mighty intervention to get back on track.
