I doubt it;

When a culture is as morally corrupted as those who "lead" them, who's going to call them to task?

“Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Thus the beneficiaries are spared the shame and danger that their acts would otherwise involve… But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them and gives it to the other persons to whom it doesn’t belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish that law without delay - No legal plunder; this is the principle of justice, peace, order, stability, harmony and logic.”

The best way to minimize corruption is to minimize the size of the government that these folks put up for sale. I'm not the first to discover that power corrupts, but those who look for the continuous expansion of government don't seem to have made this discovery yet.

As far as I can see This government and those who put them in power are guilty and there is no one to take them to task except The God of justice and I am not sure that he is not willing to do it because we usually get the rulers we deserve.
