Congressman Tom Marino of Pennsylvania says he is brainstorming with colleagues who were once prosecutors and the like about ways to force the Obama administration to govern in a manner that follows the "rule of law" not what ever they want to do.

Marino is looking into forcing them to govern by law and not by their whims. For example, the recent decision to not enforce the whole ACA law. He says they must obey the law and not govern as they have, enforcing parts of laws they like and not parts they don't like, etc.

There is a way to stop AG Holder. It will never happen; however, is doable.

My very radical idea is file charges against him for violations of ABA Rules and disbar him. Currently there are three living retired Supreme Court Justices. It would not adversely affect them from a career perspective to file such charges.

It seems to me that what Marino wants to do is to force all in the Obama administration to govern by the rule of law. He is not just about Obama governing that way and Holder letting him avoid part of the Healthcare Act is some of what he had in mind.

Is there a requirement that the DOI be a lawyer? Precedence but I don't know of anything else like that.

I still think the way to get at those like Holder, Napolitano and others like them would be impeachment and after two or three of them get impeached by the House Obama may wake up to what that will look like in his legacy. I think that doing that to enough of them and following up with Obama would push Harry Reid and his party in the Senate to taking a look at what they are doing to themselves. Of course, what I want has to happen by say October 1, 2014 so the refusal by the Senators to deal with them just might help remove some of them from office in the e******n. What is more important to Congressmen than e******n? They really don't care as much about their party as they do about re-e******n.

Obama is not going to obey the law, regardless of what one does. He has already violated the law to the extent that he can never be trusted on any subject. He has stated that our Constitution is "outdated" and needs to be replaced!

I am not as old as you are and only had 1/10 as long in the Army as you had but I do want to do it all by law. There is no way, other than e******n we can do away with I Won. I am pushing to get impeachment for Holder and all the other appointees of Obama who are governing outside the law. We can make him weak as hell by impeaching enough of those people in the next year to bring the v**ers of this nation to their senses and with the losses in the Senate will have Obama all alone in the executive branch. The real problem is that we need those impeachments to take place in the next 12 months or sooner. Only the House can impeach and too many people don't realize that impeachment is nothing but accusation. The Senate has to remove impeached people and the Democrat controlled Senate won't do that, which is the reason that so many people want to just forget it.

What would his legacy look like with all those impeached people serving him? I don't think he wants to see that happen.

Can we do those impeachments with Boehner working with Obama? I don't see how but he could be kicked out of the Speaker's chair by the GOP members who want him out plus the others who allowed him to stay. They must get to work soon to get it all done.

Unfortunately, taxpayers have been funding many things that they don't agree with because politicians are of the opinion that they are more intelligent than the v**ers who elected them. They then spend our money on things that will get them re-elected rather than what the v**ers want. It's kind of ironic, considering that even though v**ers don't agree with where the money is going, these politicians do get re-elected year after year. "Low information" v**ers don't take the responsibility of v****g seriously enough to vet the people they v**e for. Most v**ers are as bad as the politicians they v**e for because they v**e for people that will "give" them wh**ever entitlements they want, no matter how it will affect the country.
I don't understand how people can know this country became the best in the world by living by the principles outlined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights and still want to change it.

I have been talking all along about impeachment before the 2014 e******n as I am pretty sure that if the Dems maintain control of the Senate and gain in the House we won't have any more e******ns, for President anyway.
