Don't worry. It's not an a******n video. It shows actual images of fetal development, starting at seven weeks. How anyone can see this and still support a******n is beyond me.

The "father" of the a******n movement Dr. Bernard Nathanson, who admitted he lied about the number of women who were injured or died in "back alley" a******ns. There were actually between 200-250. Nathanson claimed there were 10,000, because he knew the number had to be large enough to sway the public's opinion. Of course Nathanson was a hero to the left and the pro-a******n industry. And no one had the least problem with his lie. After performing hundreds of a******ns, new technology (ultra sounds) arrived, he asked a woman if he could film her a******n and she said yes. When he saw the baby trying to get away from the sharp instruments that were going to dismember it, he had a change of heart and made the film "The Silent Scream". Nathansan was then vilified and became a pariah for TELLING THE T***H, that it wasn't a lump of tissue, it was BABY, and a******n was a savage and barbaric manner of murder

What do they dream about at four weeks? What do they dream with, considering there is nothing there yet that can be called a brain?

How am I to know what they dream about....perhaps they are dreaming of God....angels, a good mother and what a good father they will have. Did you know when an expecting mother sneezes, the baby is startled? Did you know that they hiccup? That unborn babies can smell things...Amazingly, they will even jump at the smell of cigarette smoke. By the end of the first trimester, a baby can smell the foods his mother eats. How incredible is that? They yawn.... Suck their fingers, feel pain.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lq7AbkGvvMU

I'm sure God would be very proud of how clever he made you. All that amazing biological and neurological design and construction to result in an automatic insult making machine.

At 4 weeks, the brain hasn't even begun to form yet. Learn something before you make a complete fool of God.

It might seem strange, but you're not actually pregnant the first week or two of the time allotted to your pregnancy. Yes, you read that correctly!

Conception typically occurs about two weeks after your last period begins. To calculate your due date, your health care provider will count ahead 40 weeks from the start of your last period. This means your period is counted as part of your pregnancy — even though you weren't pregnant at the time.

So, four weeks after fetal development begins, a baby DOES have a brain. Don't you ever get tired of being wrong?

I did something today that I have never done before. I visited DailyKos.
I hadn't intended to as I was researching pregnancy. My purpose was to get the details on fetal development. You are correct, BO. Your report is confirmed.

Then I flashed on the argument over when life begins. (The premise of the question "When does life begin?" or, even "When does human life begin?" is undeniably flawed. Life is a continuum).

Anyway, I typed the question into the search engine and the first five hits maintained that "Life begins at conception." I had to chuckle a bit simply because these are the politicized arguments against the pro-a******n crowd who claim the "Life DOES NOT begin at conception". These opposing arguments, of course, revolve around the question "Is or is not a******n murder."

The pro-a******n liberals will say that the question is no longer relevant simply because, thanks to a corrupt SCOTUS, a******n is now "legal." IOW, we can dismiss life itself in favor of unconstitutional activism in the Judicial branch. Roe v Wade can never be justified by any political or philosophical argument, but it can surely be condemned with any argument based in human morality.

Now back to DailyKos. This site was included in my search results, the heading is "Life DOES NOT begin at conception, and I can prove it." This I had to see. The "author" of this screed is undoubtedly a man hating feminist. I never doubted that, when dealing with issues as controversial as a******n, the sources liberals always cite to support their position are, in the large majority of cases, political screeds based on ideology and not facts or t***h. This is true of HuffPo, Salon, alternet, addictinginfo, and a host of other l*****t sites. (alternet seems to be a favorite among the l*****ts here on OPP)

Strangely enough, what I just posted, and what you just replied to, is from the huffington post.

EDIT: OOOPS! That was not from HuffPo. I was thinking about something else.
