I barely glanced at this in posting it to Headlines because I thought I already knew what it would say. Holder’s whining last week about how high the standard is to convict someone of a federal civil rights violation suggested that the tone of the DOJ’s Ferguson report would be more “he’s probably guilty but we just can’t prove it” than “he’s innocent and was railroaded by the media.”

Totally vindicated? Where do you get that?
There were no witnesses who could say what was or was not in the little k**ler's head to know if he feared for his life.
There is no requirement that it be a rational fear, just fear.
There was no proof that he INTENTIONALLY confronted him due to race.
No proof other than the report that shows what a dismal failure Ferguson is at protecting and serving.

Did you even read the article? Eric Holder said he was not guilty.

One can only be found not guilty with being charged.
The DOJ found that they could not charge him.
He may never be found guilty of murder, he is still a k**ler.
That such a corrupt department let him go is very telling.

BOHICA, I too thought this circus act called an administration was going to do it's, "we know officer Wilson is guilty we just can't prove it routine" in its report. The left always has egg on its face after every "situation" they try and stir up. You would think that after so many years of always being on the wrong side of every issue they would at least wait until the facts were presented. But I've never met a liberal, or progressive, or c****e or wh**ever they are this week who let facts get in the way of a chance to slam the mean ol white folks and America. The democrat party should change their name and logo to the S&M party of perverts, freaks and Meshugahs. Good post.

The department of Justice, and Eric Holder, determined that there was not even enough evidence to charge him? You still didn't read the article, did you? I thought you couldn't possibly be any dumber. Guess I was wrong.

Why is it not surprising that some backward retired Army officer would like it that b****s are once again shown to be used as revenue enhancers for the white power brokers in the community?
How about that police officer (wonder if it was Darren Wilson?) who breached...well, read it from the report...

These incidents are not without repercussions for those wrongfully arrested:

"Even relatively routine misconduct by Ferguson police officers can have significant consequences for the people whose rights are violated. For example, in the summer of 2012, a 32-year-old African-American man sat in his car cooling off after playing basketball in aFerguson public park.An officer pulled up behind the man’s car, blocking him in, and demanded the man’s Social Security number and identification. Without any cause, the officer accused the man of being a p*******e, referring to the presence of children in the park, and ordered the man out of his car for a pat-down, although the officer had no reason to believe the man was armed. The officer also asked to search the man’s car. The man objected, citing his constitutional rights. In response, the officer arrested the man, reportedly at gunpoint, charging him with eight violations of Ferguson’s municipal code. One charge, Making a False Declaration, was for initially providing the short form of his first name (e.g., “Mike” instead of“Michael”), and an address which, although legitimate, was different from the one on his driver’s license. Another charge was for not wearing a seat belt, even though he was seated in a parked car. The officer also charged the man both with having an expired operator’s license, and with having no operator’s license in his possession. The man told us that, because of these charges,he lost his job as a contractor with the federal government that he had held for years."

But you are probably right, it is all just soft leftys' crocodile tears not people like you who are filled with h**e and fear.

And with the world watching, Ferguson law enforcement and courts won't be able to pick and choose which laws they get to follow.
That will be the real change.
