With Obama pushing for an agreement with Iran, there are a few things we must consider.

1) Any agreement between our two countries would be a treaty.

2) The President cannot make a treaty with another country without the advice and consent of Congress. This is per the Constitution Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2.

3) If Obama makes an agreement with Iran without the advice and consent of Congress, and Congress does not call him on it, then we truly live in a country run by a lawless President and Congress.

Now we wait, and see what happens. I think I know what's going to happen. I hope I'm wrong. Otherwise, our country is truly doomed.
