The governor of Illinois is, in my eyes, a f*****t. As are the governors of Wisconsin and Ohio. The governor of Florida is just plain selfish and self-centered and dim. Poor people are no more than l***hes to them. Money spent on incarcerating the miscreants who arose out of poverty is money better spent than on programs.

I raised myself up on my own boot straps--of being White, well-educated, desireable in the community in general, and more points than can be accounted for when considering any Black competition.

54 schools closed in Chicago (88% black), 23 closed in Philadelphia (81% black), 26 in New York (60% black). What’s the difference between the Democrats and Republicans again I forgot? Hundreds of teachers and school staff are being laid off in two of the largest cities in the country — both run by Democrats. In Chicago and Philadelphia, a total of 4,633 people, including many teachers, will lose their jobs.

Given that children going to public schools are not taught much of anything worthwhile, I see no great problem with closing the schools - it may actually be a good thing. Parents may learn first hand how much the schools are "teaching" their kids.

I would guess money is going for prisons to house those who attend schools but who never learn anything beyond 3rd rate crime. Prisons are needed. The brainwashing of children is NOT needed. At least prisons have a positive goal - making better citizens. Public schools make worse citizens, dumbed down citizens who can be tricked and fooled by politicians needing their v**es, so dumbed down that they don't know anything about their rights, or even what "rights" are. A goodly portion of people who post on these political blog sites, don't even understand the difference between rights, and privileges. A good portion cannot name the speaker of the House, nor the Senate Majority Leader. These people attended schools across the country without learning a thing of importance re those who influence our lives the most: POLITICIANS.
