We all know that quality tops quantity (diesel/snorkel ?) any day of the week. Moreover. we need a breakdown of their force structure and what PRECISELY are their capabilities in a possible war w/ the USN. So far, no Polaris types. What about cruise missiles? Apparently none of these questions were posed in the article nor elaborated on.
I wouldn't get too exercised over this topic just yet.

Ha, my captain didn't engage with them much...he always wanted to run over the Green Peace jack offs...as I sat throttleman...I could always tell by aggressive bells and bell changes that we chasing after Green Peace. The bell log, needless to say, may have missed a couple of changes.
