The Senate is expected to hold another procedural v**e this afternoon, attempting to bring the House-passed DHS funding bill, H.R.240, to the floor for debate. Senate Democrats, along with Republican Senator Dean Heller of Nevada, have blocked the bill because it defunds Pres. Obama's unconstitutional executive amnesties.

With DHS funding set to expire at the end of this week, Senate Leaders are feeling the pressure to pass a "clean" bill or a short-term funding bill that doesn't defund the president's executive actions.

With the urgency of this week's deadline, we're asking all activists to call three different groups: 1) Democrats who are blocking the DHS bill from coming to the Senate floor for debate, 2) Senate GOP Leaders, and 3) House GOP Leaders. I've included toll-free numbers and talking points for each group in the red action box.

Defund Obama's Amnesties!
1) CALL SENATE DEMOCRATS

The following Senate Democrats have all made statements in opposition to Pres. Obama's executive amnesties and could be convinced to break with their Party and v**e for a DHS funding bill that defunds his unconstitutional actions. I don't understand why you continue to block debate on the House-passed DHS funding bill that would defund Pres. Obama's executive amnesties. In blocking debate, you're going against Judge Hanen's recent ruling and the majority of American v**ers who oppose these unconstitutional actions. I urge you to v**e YES on the DHS funding bill, H.R.240, and allow the bill to come to the Senate floor for debate.

You & some may consider multi lingual a blessing, but most often it is by chance of being in a multi lingual family. Of course it allows you to converse in more than one language, which can be advantageous to those concerned. Having said that, most people on this forum write in English & when you or any who have other language capabilities choose to write in a foreign language you narrow your audience accordingly. PERIOD
