He conducted a cross-analysis of intelligence and political affiliation, expecting to find that people who identified with the tea party knew less about science than the average person. It was a study done at Harvard a few years ago. I really don't know why they spent the Federal Funds to support such a project as I could have told them the answer up front. They took 100 test subjects. 50 who declared themselves Conservative in a majority of issues and 50 Progressives. They had 50 students who had just graduated from Harvard who were their Liberal test subjects take the test. Then they went to SE Ky and found 50 random folks who considered themselves Conservatives. They had them take the same exact test and the avg IQ level was a mean avg of 30 points difference. I can't recall the exact avgs. It was like 138 to 108. I will find it for you and post it to you.
