Don't you mean WHERE it's needed? It would be nice if there was a way to determine ones political affiliation before birth. I'm against a******n, but if I could abort only the ones who would grow up to Godless liberals, I'd be sorely tempted.

Bohica. Think about this. I too am opposed to a******n. But,if you were a liberal, why wouldn't' you carry out your beliefs?If I were a liberal I would want a******n until the fetus was 21 years old? C,mon, kids cost money. I want to enjoy my life. Kids bring legal trouble, etc., etc.,etc.

That's why the idea of post birth a******n is so scary. You just know the people who support it are going to want to keep jacking up the age limit for a******n. These people care nothing for human life. They're sick!!!
