ISLAMIC STATE FIGHTERS reportedly seized most of a western Iraqi town, in fighting taking place mere miles from the Al Asad air base, left, where hundreds of US Marines are training Iraqis.

What the hell? Our trustworthy liberals here; promised us Obama would never have combat troops on the ground in Iraq. Now out of the desert dust appear four hundred of our Marines being fired upon.

You just cannot believe a liberal Democrat anymore. They lie to their own convenience.

I believe we have had our military there training Iraq soldiers, but they are not fighting.

Kachina- Just so everyone here understands. Our military forces ARE ON TGE FRONT LINES!!! Think about it please! Our military have been receiving mortar fire though it's being called in effectual and or sporadic. This still means that they are being fired upon. Period! Though thankfully none of our troops have been hit supposedly. For anyone to think they are not on the front lines truly doesn't understand what's taking place. There are no discernible lines drawn in the sand so to speak. So technically the entire region there is the front lines. Don't let anybody tell you different.
