If the socalled Islamic State is holding a hostage and that person is k**led by Jordanian bombing that is IS' responsibility; if a US president and state department and the CIA have an outpost in B******i and an ambassador goes to that outpost and mercenaries go to that outpost of their own free will then it is the president and Sec'y of State's responsibility; yet, if a president orders US Marines to a location that they have no national security reason to attend that is not his responsibility?
