I am an 88 year old retired Army Office, educator, current events commentator and Author of a new book in pre release from www.tatepublishing.com. The title is:
"America's First Female President...2016?" currently available in paperback from the publisher for $10.99. I have long held that the Good Old Boys of Washington's Beltway have deliberately conspired to prevent one of America's females from becoming the next Margaret Thatcher, only better. We need Mom right now to straighten out the mess we are in. To get the book, cut and paste the web address above into your address bar, when the site opens, click on "Books" and type into the search box, "Dr. Thomas E. Davis" and the information will appear.

Enjoy and thanks,

Tom

I am a Christian Constitutional Conservative with a passion for the country I have served for over Forty years. I am married to the same great lady with whom I fell in love in 1946, we have a grown daughter, three grown granddaughters and five great grandchildren. I have long held the belief that America's women have been deliberately (misogynistically) denied a place at the biggest decision making tables in America. Specifically that one in the Oval Office known as the Rutherford B. Hayes Desk. I know it is time for a change. One of you gracious ladies may well be our Forty-fifth Chief Executive. I pray it is so.

The next President IF we last long enough must be a servant of the people. G****r is unimportant.

Your reply and sentiments are well taken; however, just in case you are unaware, Women have been an invaluable source of strength to our God-given Republic yet have NEVER been allowed to be a major part of the Government. Anglo women have been on this continent and a priceless asset since 1608. In all that time they have been victims of g****r bias, a situation the Equal Rights Amendment sought to remedy. V****g is one thing, hands-on-governing is quite another. You must realize that NOT one woman has eve been the p**********l nominee of one of our major parties. Conversely in 57 lesser nations women have been elected or appointed to serve as the Head Of Government. That is a most appalling and reprehensible situation in need of change.

It is, an appalling and reprehensible situation. But I hope you are not subjecting we install into office, a woman, just because of her g****r. As I recall, a few resent names come to mind. Hillary C, Nancy P, Janet N, Barbra B, and the list can go on. So when you say woman, have "never" been allowed to be a major part of our government, does not seem to be able to hold weight on its own accord. I applaud your determination. But at this particular point in our nations history, I do not see that as a viable option. Sara P, comes to mind. However, I do not see that aspect going very far. I will not comment on the " Anglo part of your post. Be assured you will hear about that part of your statement soon enough from others. So I say, welcome to you. I look forward to seeing your posts. OK, RETW, you are a hard sell. Let me clear it up for you.
The first, very first nation to establish a colony on the North American Continent were the English with a Charter to the Jamestown Company. The first ship arrived in 1608 and established a palisaded colony some 50 miles up the James River named for James I the King. There were no women. After nearly a year of hard labor establishing a strong fort of three sides, built huts, a church and fortified the palisades. They planted a few crops to supplement provisions brought with them. They thought often of home and when they sent a ship back to England, the asked that women be brought as servants (Indentured) and wives. Being English the Appellation was "Anglo" and not as you seem to imply, a pejorative. Hillary, Nancy, Janet and Barbara are NOT the examples of women I would recommend to be sales clerks in a fertilizer store let alone serve in government as a grave digger. But, Yes I believe women have been denied higher office ONLY because they are women, That is G****r Bias and it has been used since 1608. incidentally Governor Palin is Sarah not Sara and she is one I would certainly consider. And, Women have not been accepted into the ranks of viable p**********l candidates Simply because the Good Old Boys of the Washington Beltway have deliberately blocked the path by not assisting in financing or active campaigning; that, Sir is blatant Misogynistic behavior. Black males were granted the right to v**e by the XVth Amendment in 1870. Women did not gain their God given right to v**e until 1920. Additionally they NEVER gained Equal RIGHTS even though the ERA was ratified by 38 States. So, Son, study your American History or Read My new book to be released around Oct 1 this year, "America's First Female President...2016?" or get a pre publication copy for $10.99 from

Well, well, well, so it starts right off with you does it? So Lets get right down to it shall we. In the first place, I am not your son, you self righteous ass. I have been around near as long as you. So do not presume you are all knowing. Only fools do that. And if you fall into that category, it is by your own choosing. So sorry I dropped the ( h ) in (sarah ). I guess we can not all be perfect as you seem to think you are.
(the asked that women be brought as servants) statement should be ( They ) not the. If your going to be perfect, you fall far short. And when a person does step down, from any government held office. I do not go right out an label them, as still holding that same position. I was the president of four different company's. And no one goes around referring to me as Mr. President, nor should they.
in reference to your term ( Anglo ) I only mentioned it because most people would tie that into meaning white woman only. We all know how that would go over. But alas, I thought you being as smart as you think you are, would have known other wise. I was only trying to give you a heads up because you are new here. So Mr. Thomas E. Davis, if this is how you want to start out hear, I will be more then happy to banter with you, any time you would like. But be forewarned, There are other folks on this sight, that are in fact, just as knowledgeable as you seem to think you are. And I do not see these folks go around puffing them self up to make a point. Have a good day.

You do know RETW it is very rude to mind read without permission, correct? :?: :?:

You rolled out the exact female names my mind issued forth. I was shuddering so fiercely from the mere thought of those individuals gaining more power my tea 8-) sloshed about.

Sarah Palin is such a large a lightning rod for potential d******eness a big question mark would be next to her name.

Research on current sitting female governors would perhaps provide us with additional names. There is little I know about Nikki Haley, SC, but her name did come to mind.

I have read your several comments. I agree with the thought we should be seeking potential women for the White House. More research on current sitting female governors would be a first step.

Having said that, your blatant promotion of your upcoming book is a questionable activity as an introduction.

I am sorry you had a tremble or two. But you know this self righteous Omni potent ?????? just got under my skin. And that will not happen again. You know AuntiE,
I have dealt with people like him for many, many years in my professional career. And I have found the best weapon to use against them, is there own self righteousness. If you think about it. How does one stand up against there own self importance? I only wanted to convey a welcome to the sight, and I get this self sustaining righteous crap back.
As folks might of perceived by now. I do not take kindly to that. Nor should anyone. And no, I do not read minds. Although my children might think I do. Have a great evening will you.

So You want to be a smart ass; OK. Mr. President, Anglo means, at least in this case, White women, English women generally young girls, who chose to become indentured servants in order to pay for their passage. The first black Africans did not arrive until 1619 when a Dutch S***e Ship dropped off several b****s who also became indentured servants to the Anglo Property owners. I have no idea why I even waste my tome with you. You have no intention of learning, you simply want to show your intelligence, what there is of it. Sarah also has a capital "S." I do not believe I am nor do I intend to be a "Self-righteous (Notice the hyphen?) ass. I try to inform those who have a real desire to learn. Now, please leave me alone in my self-righteousness, OK?
