This is utterly amazing. I am as astounded by this balderdash as I was when the push for Civility in government garnered but one representative in Congress and was continually hounded by death threats and destruction. Civility?

I don't have enough time to go through all 10 planks today... so I will just answer the first one... The 14th Amendment, property tax and zoning laws all deal with actions that can be seen as infringements on private property but they make no approach to the actual abolition of private property. With regard to infringement, let's be clear... The U.S. government has ALWAYS had the right to take possession of private property right from day one before the Constitution was even ratified.

This right comes in the form of something called eminent domain which is part of the Common Law that formed the original basis of our legal system. The 5th Amendment provides a due process clause that only applies conditions to eminent domain... it says, "...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." This condition however was only applied to the federal government. All the 14th Amendment did was apply the same due process provision to the state level. So, if anything the 5th and 14th amendments have improved matters only in the sense that the looser be compensated, but in America, governments have ALWAYS allowed themselves the right to take possession of private property.

Now, this is where I have to say... eminent domain, is something that applies to private property on a case by case basis and is nowhere close to the actual abolition of private property as suggested my Marx and Engles in the C*******t Manifesto. Abolition means not allowed. As in the abolishment of s***ery, where you are not allowed to own s***es. Eminent domain would be where the government says, where going to take one of your s***es and compensate you for it. Here, go buy another s***e. See the difference? None of our laws come close to the abolishment of private property, not even the executive orders.

Another thing that should make you feel better about America is that almost all the private property is virtually owned by the banks. I have been a property owner since I was 24 and yet there has not yet been a day where the bank couldn't take my property away from me if I didn't continue to make payments to them and this is the situation for almost every "home owner" in the American middle-class. Technically, we do own the land described in our title deeds and certainly our local governments recognize that when they give us our tax bills for it. But when I say "virtually" I mean that the land was purchased with bank money and until the "home owner" pays that money back, plus a lot of interest, the bank will retain the right to take possession of that property. The reason why I say this should make you feel better about America, is that private property is a source of wealth that banks will not be willing to give up and seeing that the power of the bank trumps the power of government (you can challenge me on that but trust me, I will prevail on that issue) there is no way the U.S. government will EVER be allowed to abolish private property.

This is a guarantee... one that would take nothing less than a bloody revolution to overturn as it did everywhere else the 1st plank of c*******m was achieved. And every single one of those revolutions sprung from populations that were far more desperate than ours.

So I think you can relax on that one. ;)

I agree, except, I have owned my property for nearly 20 years. No bank loan has ever been on my property. So according to the 4th Amendment, I am 'king' here. No government agency has the right to infringe on how I live. So long as I do not infringe or endanger my neighbor. I live on 40 acres and I refuse to get a permit for anything, because I feel the 4th Amendment gives me the freedom of choice. I am a General Contractor and I know the building code very well. I am not against the building code, I am against the 'gestapo' attitude of the Building Department. As public servants, they swore and oath to defend the Constitution and I am holding them to their oath. They are only a 'public service', not my boss. Something is very wrong when they 'demand' a permit if I wish to change my hot water heater or put a garbage disposal under my sink. That's none of their business. I am responsible for what I put in my home. I don't need a 'nanny' government to tell me what I can and cannot do....that's c*******m not freedom. We v**ed our Constitution to be the law of the land. We didn't v**e for any of these 'regulations' that go against our freedoms and privacy. PRIVET PROPERTY IS NOT GOVERNMENT PROPERTY.
