Hillary notified The House Committee investigating Bengahzi, that she was ready to testify. However, Trey said that they would need more time to review documents, get more documents and at then at least 30 days to prepare. Hasn't Trey been involved in this investigation for at least 2 years? Why is he not ready?

at41-sure Hillary is ready to testify because she can see the handwriting on the wall. The courts are now forcing the White House to release documents that they have withheld from all other committees. Hillary wants her turn before the recently released documents can be thoroughly examined by the committee. If she did nothing wrong the documents will exonerate her but if she erred we will find out. The White House has been in cover-up mode from day one on this and the families of the four who were lied to deserve to know the t***h and closure. Nothing more nothing less. Good Luck America !!!

With the newly released court ordered documents comes new evidence that will either implicate Hillary or exonerate her. Trey needs more time to absorb the new findings even though he must have been prepared to address the previous discovery. He will leave no stone unturned! Thank God!

He had just come into possession of new documents that had been withheld all this time. Even they have been heavily redacted.

The last, and final, release of B******i documents occurred in April 2014, so there are no "newly released" documents. Clinton's acceptance of Gowdy's challenge to testify caught him off guard, and he is/was not prepared for that response. He was hoping she would refuse, then he could accuse her of stonewalling his investigation, but she b***h slapped him back to reality by agreeing to testify, so now he can't use that ploy. He knows, that after 6 previous investigations, he will find nothing new, and he will look like a blooming i***t he really is, thus ending a potentially stellar political career just to gain a few moments in the spotlight. Too sad, because I thought he could have been the next great GOP leader. Except in his home state of South Carolina, he is political toast. BTW, you tea partiers still hold him in high esteem, but with your scarce numbers, you hardly matter.

Maybe this is the time to ask a question that has been bugging me. "Why did Hillary quite when she did?" She could have stayed on until now, and beyond, and still run for president.

I wouldn't postulate on her reason(s) for quitting. Her successor is even worse, if that is possible, than she was.
