You turn left from the far right lane, right from the far left lane, never stop at a stop sign, run thru red lights, continue to turn left in front of oncoming traffic after the arrow disappears, ride with your front end even with others rear bumper, stop on the freeway entry ramps, stop three car lengths from the line at red lights, vary your speed from 20 below the limit to 20 above the limit, think you have the right of way when pulling onto a street, constantly make u-turns, own a green suv or van, have no drivers license, have no auto insurance, have your name written in an unreadable script on your back window and have rented tires on your vehicle; who are you?

Yikes!
I think you jest described most of the drivers on I-5 between SF and LA!
Lest you think I am hinting at racial or cultural bias, I can assure you the moronic drivers on I-5 come in all colors, shapes, sizes and ethnicities, as well as a broad array of economic groups.

They all drive green suv's and vans? LOL! But yes, where I'm talking about I am hinting at racial/cultural bias. Not totally limited to one group, but the vast majority are. Of course these are not necessarily aggressive drivers. Those tend to be another group by and large.
The one that's just started the past 5 or 6 years is stopping so far away from the line at lights or even three or four car lengths behind other cars. Weird. I slip in front of them if I can.

You give your congressmen more credit than I give mine. I am nor sure either one could pass a drivers test.
