When under arrest and in court for trial one is usually restricted in a number of ways. A defendant may be restricted from getting up and leaving. They can be told when they can and cannot speak. If the defendant is a complete A-hole the judge can make other restrictions like restricting what a defendant can and cannot say about the procedure and those involved in it. That is what is going on here and the Fat Boy is not happy with experiencing the first time in his life where he understands that he is under the control of another person who has authority over him.
