During the 2020 e******ns, dueling e*****rs in several states cast their e*******l college v**es for Donald Trump instead of Joe Biden. This was because investigations were being carried out into possible fraud in those states, and the dueling e*****rs would allow the vice president to choose which v**es to count when the final decision was made. But despite the fact that Democrats have done this historically, the Biden administration is now alleging this was a crime.
No shock there. Democrat policies are not popular so they must use lawfare.
