The Title IX changes are poised to eradicate due process protections included during the administration of former US President Donald Trump and consider “all claimed sexual orientations” and “g****r identities”, including putting in place protections for cross-sex restroom use.
On April 19, the l*****t administration of US Democrat leader Joe Biden published amendments to the 1972 Title IX federal law, widening the federal government’s ban against “discrimination” to presently cover “discrimination based on sex stereotypes, sexual orientation, g****r identity, and sex characteristics.”

Since 2022, Biden’s woke Education Department has been cracking their brains to find ways to widen Title IX to permit t*********r athletes to play on female sports teams and to use private spaces for women, including restrooms and locker rooms, as long as these spaces align with the “g****r identities” of these g****r-confused athletes.
Likewise, Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters announced on April 25 that he has informed schools within his state not to abide by the Biden amendments Title IX.

It is simple. If biden can change these rules now, Trump will be able to change them back next year. biden has no right to force women into unsafe places. Places of natural privacy, made unsafe by allowing men into them. He has no right to upend the protections of Title IX that gave women access to equal treatment in athletics, by now allowing sick men to take those positions away from them due to biological superior abilities. f him
