Speaking of getting around things, have you seen the latest Rasmussen poll about NSA? It seems that 72% of us think that Congressmen and judges have probably been monitored on their personal calls so the executive could use the information gained against them. That is a pretty big number and maybe Obama is going to have to back off a bit on that monitoring of Americans.
