Where did you come up with this? Utter nonsense on several levels. During the 18th and most of the 19th centuries, the United States had limited regulation of immigration and naturalization at a national level. Under a mostly prevailing "open border" policy, immigration was generally welcomed, although citizenship was limited to “white persons” as of 1790, and naturalization subject to five year residency requirement as of 1802. Passports and visas were not required for entry to America, rules and procedures for arriving immigrants were determined by local ports of entry or state laws, and processes for naturalization were determined by local county courts. The Immigration Act of 1891, led to the establishment of the U.S. Bureau of Immigration.

I suspect if that's the case then Trump can undo that phony citizenship and congress has to step up and write some laws limiting what a president can do via 'executive order' since it's obviously being misused. I think Trump can get these tuff things done by speaking directly to the American people and explaining the reasoning so that the people put pressure on congress to get it done.

$40,000 for funeral expenses of dead person.
$ 3,600 monthly for mothers with children without husbands.

Where do all these ideas come from? He could not even say a word without reading from a piece of paper.
