Not necessarily. The SCOTUS will likely come down on the side of immunity for official p**********l actions but not for purely personal actions. The President can't simply walk into the Oval Office and slit his secretary" throat because he was angry at her. SCOTUS will rule Trump does have p**********l immunity for official actions. Then kick it back to lower court to determine if Trumps motivations were official or personal.

The real question is was Trump acting in a personal or p**********l compacity when he held the J** 6th rally? Both can be true, but, even if a small part of his intentions were official such as doing his P**********l and constitutional duty to question and e******n that he truly believed may have be illegitimate, then nothing else matters. His rally falls under official actions. Only Trump knows his total intentions and motivations.
