The word is out that Burgdahl was charged as a deserter, yet it hasn't been acknowledged by the WH yet as far as I am aware. We people with military backgrounds knew that this had to be the right conclusion unless there was some collusion from the WH. At least this show's that the military hasn,t succumbed . Now that bring's the next subject up. What action should be brought up to your Muslim leader in the WH that let five dangerous terrorist loose without proper authority? I want to hear how you intend to defend this creep in the WH. We knew what the outcome with this would be just as we know what the eventual outcome of this presidency will be with all of the scandals and conniving of this administration.

I am not a liberal but I believe the arguement goes something like this: Without full knowledge of the circumstances, our noble commander in chief had no choice but to do everything possible to bring our soldier home. The fact he was a deserter was not assured at the time. That will be the argument. The reality of course is that Burgdahl was simply used by the administration to achieve yet another of it's covert objectives. To what end we can only imagine.

Anyone with the IQ of an ice cube on a hot day could figure out that Burgdahl was a deserter. Just as anyone could figure out that Obama is the most unqualified President in American history. Obama has committed impeachable crimes and we all know the reason why he hasn't been impeached. Maybe America should follow through with it. Get it over. Let the race r**ts begin.

OK, I view myself as a liberal and I also happen to have a military background, including 32 months in southeast asia with military intelligence 62-64. The last I heard some news group reported he had been charged with being a deserter and then the military coming out just after that saying no he had not. The WH has no business getting involved in military justice, but it does have business in getting our soldiers home.
Is he a deserter, I do not really know, I will leave that to the military courts as we all should, but from what I have read on the case I would say you have a confused kid, just like many in the military have been almost for ever.

True enough. I was a dumb-ass kid when I was in the military and I was dealt with accordingly. He will be too.
