Actually, Intel about Ukraine usually available only to the president and top govt. officials convinced Johnson to pass Ukraine funding. God had nothing to do with it.

Perhaps Johnson prayed as is his wont but the intel briefing by CIA Director Bill Burns is what changed Johnson’s mind about funding Ukraine, not God.
