Currently, there are three Jewish schools, in my area, where it is happening. Their protocols were developed by an IDF soldier, who was visiting when the October 7 attack occurred. Each teacher, who volunteered, has been through a safety, defensive, and tactical training course. They agree to go to a range once a month to practice their accuracy sk**ls.

Of all the schools, the most interesting is the one where the front desk secretary is a competitive shooter.

It would seem the Jewish care more for their student safety than do gentiles such as yourself.

The teacher’s file cabinet sets next to the classroom door and is to be moved in front of the door in case of a shooter. Her weapon is in the top drawer of the file cabine, leading to removing the weapon after moving the cabinet.

Students are, immediately, told to drop, turn their desks over in front of them.

There is a fire ladder in every single room of the schools. A student is trained and responsible for retrieving the ladder and placing it in the window to assist students out of the school.

The students move as far away as possible and then sit down.

The number one priority is not waiting on the police but getting students out of the school. Teachers are last out after their students have vacated the school. They have drilled this several times.

The phrase ”Never Again” applies to most facets of their life.
