Heard Merchan was never seen at law school and probably flunked the bar exam more than 3 times. How he got to be a judge is a mystery and both he and his daughter are complete anti-Trumpers, big demorat donors and Merchan should have recused himself from the beginning. If anyone needs gagged and cuffed it's the judge.
