I do not believe any President should have absolute immunity for any acts committed as President. However, there must be some protection from the opposition creating bogus charges like is happening in New York. My solution would be to let the SCOTUS decide if the acts were allowed as part of P**********l duties under the Constitution or if there was probable cause to believe that some criminal acts were involved.

This was a nothing decision. Unless he pardons himself while still President? They didn't think of that loophole.
