If that miracle happens, which I know it will not, there will be a retrial. They are determined to get him. He has already been found guilty.

They may not re-try him since this is all designed to keep him from campaigning. I'm sure there would be a delay for the re-trial; or not.

Not good. Probably be better if he is. Most know this is a sham trial and he will win on appeal, IMO.

So far all the prosecution has done is define what they believe Trump has done and none of it is a crime. That opinion is from democrat attorney's also.

Not for this judge, prosectors, and most likely the jury. I've been on the fence about not v****g for the first time ever. Not anymore. I will cast my b****t once again for Trump. This dictator like prosecution is not what our country was founded on.
