Kim in North Korea does it with an anti aircraft cannon. Barbaric practice that should be nothing but a relic of history. I have wondered in the handful of backward places that still use Capitol punishment why they don’t use a f******l overdose. It is effective and painless other than the needle stick.

Yes for several reasons, the first being it is really only given as a sentence in a few counties across the nation meaning it is not applied on an equitable basis. The second is it puts the US in bed with the handful of nations with horrible human rights records. North Korea, China, Saudi Arabia and Iran to name a few. As a result many nations refuse to extradite criminals to the US if they face possible execution. And most importantly the chance innocent people can be put to death.
