At school, at work, and at play, American Jews find themselves increasingly ostracized by their peers. On college campuses, the quiet reestablishment of unofficial quotas has, over the course of a generation or two, halved the Jewish enrollment at a se******n of elite universities. Décades ago, I read a book on the history of Jews. They could teach courses on discrimination. No group has endured more, yet they find a way to overcome and succeed. People simply h**e that kind of recurring success.
