I don’t know if people understand that the Catholic Church is as divided as we are in other areas. To begin with there is a hard right group that is anti pope. There are organizations like Opus Dei that. Routinely squelch any activities that Jesus would be into. It doesn’t matter anyway, the church in America flaming apart. No one believed that if you mix religion and politics one of them will wind up dead. Here we are. I hope all those who insisted on religion and politics together would be just fine now can see the destruction that view has brought us. I keep saying this.
