Personally I loathe him because while my friends were being drafted before they graduated from high school he paid a phoney doctor to say he had bone spurs and he came out and said he bravely fought his own Viet Nam war battle by participating in the sexual revolution and did not catch VD. In other words he was getting laid while my friends were being shot at .

I understand that military doctors found nothing wrong with Biden, who rode his student deferments to death, and then produced a diagnosis from a private physician touting his childhood asthma as making him 4F. Trump is an asshole, but at least he is competent.

Same thing my husband says, more or less.
He was USMC, 65 - 69. He would have been drafted, opted to enlist before that could happen. A couple of his classmates sat out the war in Canada. He's never wanted to have anything to do with them after that.
