The Nuclear Option Comes to the Fore

IMHO, I want to see Ukraine on the side of NATO and a US government that is cleansed from its Progressive i***ts, and returned to its strong military, and also cleansed from WOKE i***ts. For that matter all Woke i***ts should be shoved aside, along with anyone tagged to be a "G*******t!" For them, I recommend extreme measures real soon now!
The first step comes in November with the e******n of Trump. He will see these things through. He, too, does not support the g*******ts. So.....we must support the Ukraine in the meanwhile to a win, or we have Russia AND the NWO crowd against us simultaneously.

That we control the Ukraine is absolutely essential, in my opinion so long as we elect Trump. If Biden wins, Ukraine will fall to Russia, and eventually the rest of the "buffer states" will fall, never mind that they are NATO members, Nuclear blackmail one-by one by Russia will hold NATO back while they absorb what they want, nation by nation.

So, where and when do we stop them?

The answer is obvious, but When has to be about an armament cycle away for NATO and the US, at least a year to a year and a half from now. Ukraine must stay in the game during that cycle. Trump, if he wins, must organize his efforts in this timeframe, too. At that point, we must be ready to put down the gauntlet to Putin and say 'get out of all Ukraine or else.' and mean it. Biden/Obama/NWO will not support that buildup, but Trump will.

NATO itself is t***sitioning from almost total reliance on the US to defend them, to greater capability to defend themselves, but this will also take some time to build up their forces within NATO still, and it seems that France is in the lead here.

The Europeans are beginning to see the decline of America in so many ways, militarily, financially, morally, and in commitments that weaken as a result, that they must shift gears to greater self-defense. I hope they can effect (as in fix) their buildup in a timely fashion!

Further, Trump should be able to leverage what we see as changes needed by the Ukraine government to smooth out the corruption. We have the leverage to do that, on threat of letting the Russians in. Then we admit the Ukraine into both NATO and the EU if they can conform to the requirements for membership and effect what we see as needed changes. We will need to have extraordinary access to the entire Ukrainian government to monitor their financial activities for a number of years.

Let me be clear. Russia is the enemy. Their imperial nature is ever-present, and their priority need is to defend themselves using the key points of defense inside their border “buffer states” from attacks from the east and the west. They have been invaded some 50 time in their history and are determined to prevent it ever again. After 14 wars/interventions since 1945, 9 to regain eastern defense points they are still after their western buffers, including the Balkan states, Finland, Poland and East Germany, and others if needed.
This is the absolute root cause of the Ukraine invasion, all else is simply either nice side benefits, scoring geopolitical points, or excuses to invade the Ukraine. That is why they can destroy cities and infrastructure, because their need for buffering actually lies beyond the Ukraine in the Carpathian Mountain Passes. Thus, smaller defense forces located there can block invaders at the passes, not later in the broad steppes where enemy tank formations can roam easily. That is until reinforcements arrive.

Their care for Ukrainian citizens is zero, as has been demonstrated over and over in the past two years of raining missiles on the population and the infrastructure.

You might say that I believe we in the west have just as much right to assume we have just as desperate a need to have Ukraine as a buffer from Russian expansionism, as Russia has from NATO. I also hold that Russia (Putin) has stated in an aside at a meeting that he really didn't care if the Ukraine joined NATO since he knew the alliance itself was strictly defensive. I also hold that reporting of his speeches inside Russia where he championed the expansion of Russia back to the Soviet borders is factual. Then he invades the Ukraine! Obviously, Putin plays with his statements. Unfortunately, one cannot base the future on this man's words. His ideals and ideology, yes! His actions, yes! He champions Imperial Russia.

We have an irreconcilable difference regarding Putin and nuclear threats. Let's take Estonia, a member of NATO, as a case in point. Do you really believe that the US would institute nuclear war if Russia rolled in and occupied Estonia next year? Yes or No ? If you say Yes, Russia would retaliate and k**l our people, that is our irreconcilable difference. I do not believe we would nuke Russia over Estonia. So, Russia takes Estonia. Rinse and repeat with Latvia next.
Same question in a couple of years. They roll in and occupy Latvia. Will we nuke Russia over Latvia. I say No!
Later, they roll into Lithuania. Will we nuke Russia over Lithuania? I say No again. Now they have the Balkans back. Next is Poland sometime later. They roll in. Will we nuke Russia over Poland? A lot closer this time, but in the end, I say No!
[Actually, we will defend Poland with massive NATO forces by conventional means, not nuclear!]

Recognize that in each case I have cited the Balkan nation with a few tens of millions of people is forced into Russia, while Russia, with about 170,000,000 people holds the US population hostage to nuking with our 350,000,000 people.

A mere 50 to 100 of their nukes would wipe us off the map. They have over a thousand nuclear-tipped missiles ready to fire right now. Do you really believe we would start a nuclear war? I do not!

Think about it! Yes, he loses from our strikes, but God in Heaven, we lose all of our nation of people. If you are willing to risk that, I ask you with what right do you k**l 350,000,000 of our people? To defend a NATO nation the size of Estonia? Really? I say no!

This is brinkmanship at its ultimate, and Putin is quite ready to play that game. In fact, he has already begun it. What has deterred him is the prolonged war for the Ukraine absorbing troops and munitions. There would always be some resistance from the little armies each Balkan state can muster.

Isn't it quite obvious that we simply must avoid nuclear war? This is the challenge. What it means is keep the battle on the ground, with good air cover.

But, and a big but, if we keep the fight going in the Ukraine for about 18 months, we can then ramp up the fight with enough munitions via NATO to make the difference, reduce the Russian military in the bargain, and deter the assaults on the Balkans without starting a nuclear war. OK, we would be using the Ukraine military as a proxy to face Russia down, given that we supply them with the big weapons necessary.
