I don’t think Putin gives a F about Europe. He just doesn’t want to be surrounded on all sides by NATO nations. Something that was promised by NATO decades ago. Obviously their word can’t be trusted.

He doesn’t deserve Ukraine but dumping money with zero accounting for where it goes and for what is UNACCEPTABLE!
