Is Censorship coming to the internet?

Reading one of Fred Reed's posts(Balkanizing the News) where he criticizes the ,overall, news media, and is praising the internet for its openness to free expression, I was reminded that while listening, a few days ago, to the Glenn Beck radio program, that, there is a movement called net-neutrality afoot.
According to Beck, this is nothing more than an attempt by the government to control the free expression of opinion, and news, generated on the internet.

The progressive policy institute lawyers were on Cspan last month taking about the court decision and how they plan to circumvent not getting the preferential treatment they b were after.
Basically since it was not granted
I ( lawyer at PPI ) believe what they were saying was while we can not grant it the onerous would be on the party affected too prove such affects. Giggles in the room ,
He expanded the conversation of basically redistribution of internet via wireless to Africa and south american countries increased users slowed data streams 1.6 seconds to 3 seconds as opposed to fiber optic systems open and closed. Being faster.
Briefly touched on markets yes stock markets and the value of a1.6 second lead time. Let alone a 3 second lead time. Hmmm
So yes some discussion of access accessibility.
The next time you need to vomit do not trouble with the finger down your throat. I promise you a little light reading at the progressive policy institute is enough to make a conservative gag.
I am very concerned about access and censorship of the internet. And remember all you have to do is change one word add or delete meaning is completly changed.

Hugo Chavez didn't think the non-state-run media's opposing views of [his] c*******t regime were important, and Hugo could just go in and take Venezuela, much like his comrade Castro took Cuba. Well, that wasn't the case on Hugo's first attempt at "Democratizing" Venezuela. That's what c*******ts call it now; "Democratizing."

So with the help of some liberal progressive/c*******t anti-Americans in America, Hugo sent for lessons from [them/Beck mentioned ALL involved] and had every "alternative," opposing media station "neutralized;" and - ba-da-bing!!! Cuba West!!!

"Net Neutrality," is being organized by the same pukes in America that organized "Democratizing" Venezuela; and are slowly and persistently turning the dials of freedom from behind the un-vetted veils of each of the "Czars" that have been assigned to the covert operation of squashing opposing, conservative views of America!!!

No, it is just a regulation stopping providers from favoring one website over another by slowing one down or speeding up another. Beck dosn't want this because his content is delivered by a huge corporation, without net neutrality his company could pay your provider to speed up his feed and choke off the speed of smaller providers including the tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theory folks. Currently we enjoy net neutrality, the providers want to change this to control how easy or difficult it is for you to get content you choose and allow fast uploads only from big companys who pay them off, the FCC is trying to stop them.

The FCC is itself a source of censorship. On first impressions censorship promoters always attempt to make one think they're doing this,or that, for the public good, when in reality it's for control . And "you" Kevyn, I sense, aren't offering your interpretation due to your sense of fairplay. I think anything Glenn Beck is for you would oppose no matter the merits of the argument. And, your rabid ,liberalism, bias is no different than the bias of those you accuse of being tin foil hat wearing conspiracy folks.

They, the Government, are indeed devising ways to control the Internet. I am unable, at the moment, to recall the names of the Congress Critters that are fomenting the ideas to push for control, but they are.
