This is obviously a "facetious question"! We all know why the Biden DOJ opposes proof of citizenship to v**e in a federal e******n. It's about winning at all costs, and using the "phony" excuse that it is an attempt to make v****g harder for eligible v**ers. You are supposed to ignore the "eligible" v**er part of the equation!

Though some jurisdictions allow noncitizens to participate in local e******ns, it is illegal for them to v**e in all state and federal e******ns. However, the United States’ federal v***r r**********n form does not require documentary proof of citizenship, and states’ efforts to impose such a requirement have been challenged by the Biden administration.

MY COMMENT: So, even if it is illegal for a non-citizen to v**e in a federal e******n, the Biden Administration opposes the one and only way to insure that a v**e is a "legal and eligible" v**e. That is why Biden facilitates all the i*****l m*****ts entering this country and encouraging them to get drivers licenses which in many cases, puts them on the v****g rolls. Then, they oppose any effort to insure that the v**e is a legal v**e!

He showed us about as clearly as he possibly can that he is going to keep on breaking the laws of our Constitution when he ignored Congress and raided the US Treasury to pay off student loans….twice now…AS WELL AS making our southern border non-existent.

Now he is breaking even more laws by letting non-citizens - The same ones who are streaming illegally across our border by the multiple millions - v**e ILLEGALLY in our e******ns!!
